A Midwestern state mother was charged with having sex with an underage boy and providing teenagers with alcohol according to an online report. Ms. M. D. admitted to having sex with seven of her 13-year-old daughter's high school friends while having parties in their home. Six of the boys were over sixteen years of age which is the legal age of consent in Indiana but one was underage.
According to the daughter, alcohol was quite abundant at the parties and she apparently even watched her mother having sex. She also stated that she too had had sex with some of the same boys that her mother had. Ms. M. D. stated in court documents that her reason for engaging in the activities was because she was struggling through a divorce which led to her increased drinking and sexual activity; she said she knew it was wrong and is due back in court this coming August.
