Local Men Arrested for Alleged Child Prostitution Ring

Four men were recently arrested and charged with various offenses regarding a prostitution ring using teenage foster kids. Authorities investigating the case believe the men were led by 29-year-old E.E. in the operation. It is alleged that E.E. would first recruit one teenager living at a group home and entice them into joining the prostitution ring. Once they had one girl join the operation, they would then have her recruit other girls at the foster home. Men were reportedly charged $100 to have sex with the foster kids and then less than half of that money ($30 - $40) would go to the prostitute.
