A judge has sentenced a man in Somerset County, New Jersey to three years of probation in a theft case. The matter involved the man stealing more than $33,000 in charitable donations made on behalf of his son who survived a fire that claim the boy's mother and two siblings. The man will serve 364 days in prison and repay the funds to his son.
