Jodie Foster Accused of Assault

In Los Angeles, actress Jodie Foster was accused of assault by a teenager.  However, it has recently been revealed that the teenager was a "professional paparazzi" that had been scaring Foster's children as they left a theater in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Police Department named Foster as a suspect in the misdemeanor battery case after the incident on May 29^th.  The battery supposedly took place at the Grove mall, but Foster was not charged by police.  While the police report was never released by law enforcement, it was leaked by Radar Online, a celebrity gossip site.  The LAPD said that a copy of the report may have been given to the website by the victim's father.

In the police report, it is stated that the 17 year old was taking photos of Foster as she emerged from the mall to the valet parking area.  Foster allegedly followed the victim, poked him in the chest and grabbed his arm "causing visible injury".
