Two Charged in Kidnapping of Teen

Two men in the Medford, Oregon area have reportedly been charged with kidnapping and assaulting a teenager. Nicholas R. Jackson and Kekai K. Kuehu reportedly strapped a teen into a wheelchair and beat him. This occurred after the two kidnapping him off the road. Eventually, the teenager was let go and walked back to his friend's home about four or five miles away.
