Concord Police Search for Two Armed Robbery Suspects

MercuryNews.com is reporting that police are looking for two men within the Concord area. The men are believed to be connected to an armed
robbery that occurred on Saturday night.
According to reports, the men walked into a Clear-com Wireless store at 6:00 PM on Saturday. Once inside the store, the men ordered the employees to hand over an undisclosed amount of cash before the exited the store and took off in a dark-colored sedan.
One of the suspects is described as a 20 year old male, white, 5 feet 7 inches and approximately 180 lbs. He is reported to have been wearing a black mask, gray sweatshirt and blue jeans during the time the crime was committed. The other man is described as a light skinned, Hispanic male between 18-20 years of age. He is 5 feet 10 inches and approximately 150 lbs. At the time of the crime, he wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black Nike shoes.
Both men are reported to have been carrying handguns.
The armed robbery in Concord is the second time a cell phone store was robbed this past Saturday. Police report that an armed robbery occurred at a MetroPCS Wireless store at around 1:49 PM.
