A Houston police officer recently made a historic drug bust completely on accident. The officer spotted a broken down car and stopped to render assistance. When he lifted it up he found an enormous stash of drugs. In total, there were 15 kilos of methamphetamine and 17 kilos of black tar heroin—nearly three times that of any previous drug bust.
