According to patch.com, an Orange County man was charged with indecent exposure and assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly exposing himself to a woman in Mission Viejo. On July 15th, 2013, a woman claims that the accused, Mark Andrew Green, was masturbating outside of her home in Mission Viejo. She alerted her husband who then attempted to pursue Green, eventually jumping into the bed of Green's truck to keep him from avoiding arrest.
In response, Green allegedly got out of his vehicle, physically assaulted his pursuer, and then fled the scene. The Orange County sheriff's department used the physical description of Green and his truck to Rancho Santa Margarita where there was a short-lived pursuit and an immediate arrest.
