Woman Allegedly Seeking "Arousal" Cause of Child Molestations

As reported in the Buford Patch, a drunk woman that may have mistook two sleeping girls for her boyfriend due to the physical way she "interacted" with them, has been charged with two counts of child molestation.

J.H., 25, had spent the evening consuming alcohol with the older brother of the two girls. When she returned with him to his home at approximately 3:30 a.m., and after everyone was sleep, she entered the girl's bedroom and mimicked the actions of sexual intercourse over their bodies.

The older brother told officers that the woman must have "thought she was interacting with him" instead of his two sisters, aged 10 and 12.

The children's mother called police to the home after learning what had occurred.

The brother had gone to sleep in his bed, while he had presumed J.H. was sleeping on the couch. However, J.H, allegedly entered the girl's bedroom, where the two "slept in the same bed", and according to the 10 year-old, J.H. climbed on top of her.

The child, described as "very articulate and intelligent" by the police, reported that J.H. had "removed the blanket that was covering her, climbed on top of her (making it difficult for her to leave) and then began a back and forth motion on top of her."

The girl stated that J.H. was "trying to have sex with her." Unable to rouse her siblings from sleep the girl eventually escaped J.H. on her own. J.H. then proceeded to molest the 12 year-old girl with "the same motion consistent with sexual intercourse."

According to the officer's report, "About that time ... the girls' brother woke up. He said when he awoke, he saw (J.H.) on top of (the sister). He said that words were exchanged briefly and he instructed (J.H.) to get off his sister. She ultimately did and went into the living room."

When one of the girls screamed it woke their mother and she entered the bedroom just as J.H. had raised herself up from the bed. Comprehending what had happened, the mother called for the police.

According to officers, J.H. was "uncooperative and belligerent." When officers questioned J.H. as to what had transpired, she said, "I didn't rape no kids!"

The officer noted that J.H.'s attestations seemed out of place as he had yet to accuse her of anything – the officer had merely asked her a general question and hadn't told her anything about the victim's statements.

J.H. claimed that she had never left the couch. Then, later, upon further questioning, she said she did join the girls in their bed but only to sleep.

The officer further noted that J.H. "never gave a coherent statement" during the questioning. She had offered that she was "a dike" at one point, and then later said she was "a gay man trapped in a woman's body."

The officer concluded, "I believed the actions alleged were committed by (J.H.) to the children in an attempt to arouse herself."
