Four people in the Tucson, Arizona area have reportedly been charged with mortgage fraud. According to reports, the four people are accused of bilking lenders out of $3.9 million. The four are formally being charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud, false statement to influence a financial institution and conspiracy to commit transactional money laundering.
