Suspect in Cattle Theft Arrested

A third suspect in a Houston County, Texas cattle theft matter has reportedly been arrested. According to reports, Jeffrey Stewart has been charged with third degree felony theft. Stewart was reportedly involved with two others in allegedly stealing 13 head of cattle from a rancher. Stewart did post his bond of $25,000. The cattle involved in the matter were recovered and returned to the owner.
