Two men have reportedly been charged with stealing a dog from a Hoffman Estates, Illinois pet store. The dog, that was worth $1,700, was found thanks to an anonymous tip. Now, Gabriel Bandy and James Horvath are facing various charges that include possession of stolen property and felony retail theft. The dog was reportedly returned in good health.
