City Manager Not Guilty of Drug Possession

The Thomasville, North Carolina city manager has been found not guilty of drug possession. William “Kelly” Craver was arrested earlier this year, but there is reportedly not enough evidence to convict him in this case. Craver was reportedly originally charged with possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
