Two brothers from the Dillsburg, Pennsylvania area have reportedly been arrested for stealing lighting fixtures. According to reports, the two were caught trying to steal the fixtures from a local business. Now, Paul Sylvester III and Christopher L. Sylvester are being charged with theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy to commit theft. An officer reportedly saw the crime taking place while on patrol.
