A former ’Celebrity Rehab’ cast member has reportedly been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Jason Davis was reportedly arrested in Newport Beach earlier in the year for possessing heroin. He has just now also been charged with being under the influence and possessing drug paraphernalia.
