Officer Charged with Theft

A Pittsburgh police officer has been charged with stealing more than $300 worth of Harry Potter merchandise from Universal Studios in Florida. Henry A. Rogowski was on vacation with his family at the time and will face discipline at work. A loss prevention officer reportedly saw Rogowski place items into a plastic bag he was carrying and then attempt to walk away.
