Man Arrested for Cattle Theft

A Falls County, Texas man has reportedly been arrested on the charges of theft of eight head of cattle. Carroll A. Ward apparently stole the cattle from another rancher. He is currently being held in jail as a bond has not been set at this time. This crime is reportedly a third-degree felony. If Ward is convicted of the theft, he could be facing up to ten years in prison with a possible $10,000 fine.
