Superintendent Faces Theft Charges

Three Plainfield, New Jersey school officials, including the superintendent, are facing charges of theft of services. These charges are in relation to their assistance in aiding two children attend public schools outside of the town where they live. Steve Gallon, Angela Kemp and Lalelei Kelly are alleged to have provided false information which allowed the children to attend school outside their district.
