Woman Charged with Theft by Deception

A woman at a Super Kmart selected a Razor Rider 360 at the store and then went up to the customer service area. She then produced an old Kmart receipt and was given cash I the amount of $128. After this occurred, loss prevention personnel took her into custody and called the police to arrest her. She was then charged with theft by deception with a bond set at $3,500.
