Attempted Murder Charges Filed Against Husband

A California man has been arrested for attempting to kill his wife by trying to run her over with his SUV.
Police say 44-year-old Carlos Briseno got into a fight with his wife Martha in the parking lot of an AutoZone in Chino, a city in San Bernardino County. Approximately 15 minutes later, Briseno got into his GMC Yukon and ran her over.
His wife was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was treated and listed in critical condition.
Police have charged Briseno with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and corporal injury to a spouse.
