Girl Tries to Kidnap Baby

In the Terra Haute, Indiana area, police are reporting that Stephanie Foster allegedly lied to her friends and family about being pregnant. As her alleged due date approached, she went to the home of Ashley and Michael Speer to steal their baby and pass him off as hers.
