Tampa Man Charged with Lewd Conduct

In Largo, Florida, a 23 year old man named Dorian Gardener was recently arrested by law enforcement for committing a sexual offense.  Police allege that last Tuesday, Gardener had sex with a 15 year old girl while making a 14 year old girl watch. 

Gardener, who is a Clearwater resident, was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct and lewd and lascivious exhibition by police shortly after the sex act occurred.  Police also report that he was charged with violating his probation for a lewd and lascivious molestation charge he was convicted of in 2004.

At this time, Gardener is being held without bail in Pinellas County Jail.  The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has also become involved as Gardener is a Jamaican immigrant. 

According to Florida law enforcement, Gardener met the young 15 year old girl in a Wal-Mart parking lot.  Shortly after meeting the teenager, he went to her home and had sex with her in front of her 14 year old friend.   In Gardener's arrest affidavit, police claim that he tried to get the 14 year old to join them in the sex act.  The incident occurred on February 16, 2009.
