Two Illinois Children Kidnapped at Gunpoint Found Unharmed

Today, local news sources in Zion,
Illinois reported that two girls that had been
kidnapped at gunpoint were found unharmed. The girls, three month old Dyniste Finley and 23 month old Destiney Finley, were taken by their father. After they were reported as missing, police issued an Amber Alert.
Police say the children were taken from their home on the 1900 block of Gilead Street.
Their father, 18 year old Dejavonte Finley, was accused of taking his daughters after threatening their mother with a firearm.
As a result of the Amber Alert, police were able to find Dejavonte Finley. After placing Finley under arrest, the young girls were returned to their mother. Police say that after Finley took the children, he went to a friend's house. The friend then returned the children to their mother.
