Todd Bennett

In 1995 Mr. Bennett left the District Attorneys Office to pursue his passion of protecting the rights of the person accused. Mr. Bennetts state practice includes defense of DWI, intoxicated manslaughter and other alcohol related offenses, drug crimes, assaultive type offenses, sex crimes, theft and fraud offenses, robbery and various types of homicide, including murder. In federal court, Mr. Bennett represents people and companies charged with various types of fraud, including bank fraud, health care fraud, immigration fraud, wire and mail fraud. He also tries large drug cases, money laundering as well as conspiracy cases.
