While many people may have their own perceptions of what a Criminal Defense Attorney is or does, At the Law Office of Kevin Bessant & Associates, we enjoy working for the "underdog" who has all of the legal odds stacked against him or her in their criminal case.

A criminal case is like a puzzle already put together by the Government and Prosecution. My goal is to break the puzzle apart, piece by piece, to show how those pieces never fit into the puzzle in the first place and to ultimately prove my clients innocence. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and I am especially pleased when my client is found NOT GUILTY and is able to walk out of the courtroom to go home back to their families instead of jail.
