Two people in Delaware have been charged with attempting to steal copper wire from an electrical substation. The police are reporting that two people were removing spools of wire from the site when they then fled the scene through a hole they cut in the substation's chain linked fence. Jesse Lotman and Timothy Whitt are being charged with theft, conspiracy, resisting arrest and wearing a disguise while committing a felony.
