Police Office Charged with Assault

Nathaniel Daniels III has been charged with first and second degree assault as he allegedly threatened a tow truck driver with a gun. The police officer was reportedly armed with a handgun when officials showed up. He was then disarmed and placed into handcuffs to be put under arrest.
